After-Sale Support:

  1. Pre-Inspection Warranty: The Wood Floor Exchange will take product back for full refund, if visible defects are found in excess of the industry standard allowable 5%. Product must not be installed and returned in original packaging in good saleable condition. These defects must be deemed by us to be greater in scope and quantity than allowable in the grade ordered, or as described as included in that species/grade on the Wood Floor Exchange website for the specific mill ordered from. See our Limited Warranty for complete details and restrictions.
  2. Post-installation: The Wood Floor Exchange will represent you as your buying agent to the manufacturer, who is the party responsible for settling post installation claims. The Wood Floor Exchange is NOT RESPONSIBLE for post installation claims. However, as a large buyer and having worked with each manufacturer setting the technical standards as well as the quality control system in place, we have more clout than most to get mills to honor reasonable and valid claims. Please note that The Wood Floor Exchange will not submit claims which we deem as “political” or non-substantive in nature.
