The Wood Floor Exchange (WFExchange) is constantly seeking reliable new suppliers of quality flooring in the species/formats offered on the WFExchange. Our approach is to work extensively with potential suppliers to:

• Assist you in implementing an in-line, process quality control system to insure problem free, ongoing production of quality flooring.
• Assist in introducing and marketing your flooring into the North American market.

Our goal is to forge long lasting "partnerships" in which the WFExchange adds value, not only in opening up the North American market to your products, but also in working hand in hand with you to insure ongoing quality production. We strive for production which proves to be claim free and we also work to move all the grades that develop off your production line.

Towards the above goals we provide our suppliers with:

• WFExchange Supplier Agreement, which outlines the responsibilities of:
  • the WFExchange's obligation to provide you with detailed Product Tech Specs and a Quality Control System to tie you into the WFExchange via the web.
  • Your responsibilities as a Supplier to provide us with product produced to the standards agreed to and to provide timely information to the Interface Link on the WFExchange.
• WFExchange Product Specifications - outlines all aspects for each Product's Technical Specifications as well as Packaging & Labeling requirements.
