WFEX Ordering Process: Overview

  • Choose the product you want from the WFEX product selector. Note: you will need to be a registered and approved WFEX member and logged-in to see all the products offered and their prices. If you are not already a WFEX registered member please Apply Today
    • Note: you can also see what other products are available from a given mill and can be mixed in a container by accessing that lookup from the item page.
  • Enter the zip code where you want this container delivered to and a delivered estimate will instantly be returned to you. (Please note: a default zipcode is associated with your account but you may change it to any other zipcode in the continental US)
  • Review the product, shipping details & costs and you now have three options:
    • Save the lookup to your account for further review later
    • Click the I am Interested button which will send an email to a WFEX customer service rep with the details of the product you have selected. This rep will call you to work out all the details, answer any questions and create a Sales Order/Firm Quote & Delivery Time for your approval.
    • Or call WFEX at 1-609-589-3100 and we can assist you.
  • At this time WFEX will also review any private labeling and box insert requirements that you might have and prepare final drafts for your approval. Remember: WFEX can create unique sku numbers and names for your own private label collection needs at this point.
  • This Firm Quote will then be e-mailed to you as a Sales Order with Terms & Conditions of Sale. You then sign this and issue your Purchase Order. These Order Numbers then are used in tracking this shipment.
  • During the transit process you will automatically be notified by e-mail when the container is shipped, when it arrives, when it clears customs, and then we will contact you to arrange final delivery.
  • You shall be notified several days in advance of when payment is due, per the terms of payment you have chosen for this container, so you can plan your cash requirement needs and payment timing.
  • The WFEX invoice, listing all the charges along with copies of the Packing List, Bill of Lading, Ocean Freight Invoice, Customs Invoice and Inland Freight Cost shall be provided at this time. Our WFEX buying service charges are then added as a final line item on the invoice.
  • After meeting the payment terms, the flooring is then delivered to you. At this time we will also supply you with related QC Inspection Reports as well as a blank Certificate of Inspection/Acceptance that we ask you to fill out and send to WFEX after inspecting the goods once they arrive.
